Infusion services

Our Infusion Services team is committed to providing the support necessary to ease a patient's transition from hospital to home. We will work with your Community Care Access Centre case manager to coordinate home infusion therapy through the on-site formulation of medications, as well as the timely delivery of infusion supplies and equipment.

Our pharmacists and clinical experts are valuable clinical resources who work with the patient or caregiver and other health professionals to set treatment goals that are regularly monitored and reviewed.

We are a registered vendor for the Province of Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP).

 Changes to Pharmacy

Delivery Service

We have made changes to our pharmacy delivery services so we can continue to provide you with the customer service you have come to expect from Marchese Health Care.

Medication Delivery
• Prescriptions without refills require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• All refill orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice.


Saturday Deliveries
• Saturday orders must be received by our Pharmacy by 11:00 a.m. for same-day delivery.

Sales Available

in Hamilton Depot

Marchese Health Care's medical supplies depot located at 277 Welland Ave., St. Catharines, is now closed. Retail sales of medical supplies are now available at our Medical Supplies Depot at 316 James Street North, Hamilton from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.
