Marchese Health Care provides Infusion Equipment and Supplies services and Medical Supplies services to two Community Care Access Centres in southwestern Ontario.

Marchese Health Care is a long-time provider of services to the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand and Brant CCAC, delivering quality products and pharmacy services with a strong commitment to client-centred care. Marchese Health Care Pharmacist Leslie Chappell has become the company’s first pharmacist to be certified by the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy.

The Certified Geriatric Pharmacist designation identifies pharmacists with expertise in drug therapy and pharmaceutical care to the elderly. She joins an elite group of pharmacists from around the world who have distinguished themselves as leaders in geriatric care.

Leslie’s certification will add a greater level of expertise and service delivery for both MediLink Community Health Services and Marchese Health Care.

“Leslie’s investment in training and knowledge gained to become a CGP will be very valuable to her work at Marchese Health Care,” said Pharmacist Manager Guy Cuerrier.
